Payment Gateway
Payments on Lokatela are secure thanks to the Stripe payment gateway, where you can pay with your credit card safely.
You also have the option to pay by bank transfer, once you place the order indicating this payment method you will receive an email with the account details to make the payment.

Product availability and manufacture.
At Lokatela we do not usually have a stock of products, we make orders to order, what does this mean, we produce on demand, that is, when we receive an order we produce and send it, in this way we do not produce more than necessary and we can focus on generating new designs.
This way of production, although it seems to us the most honest with customers and with the planet, has a small drawback, the order will not arrive tomorrow 😉 We always try to reduce the time to get your order as soon as possible, orders usually arrive between 5 and 7 days to their destination.
If for any reason there is a problem or we are going to take longer than expected, we will inform you at any time of the delivery time.

Prices and taxes.
The prices published in Lokatela are shown in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
Shipping costs and areas.
The shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart once you enter the postcode where the order is to be sent.
At the moment we only ship within the Iberian Peninsula, the shipping cost is 4,99€ VAT included.
Once the order has been processed a production time estimated delivery time is 3 days. Deliveries are made by the post office and you can choose between home delivery or pick up at a Delivery Point or the duration of shipment are between 48 and 72 hours* from the date of dispatch. For this reason, orders usually take between 5 and 7 days to arrive at their destination.
You will receive an email with the assigned tracking number, once it has been shipped, so you can track your package.
*** IMPORTANT *** Please make sure you check your shipping address and that there is someone there to receive the package. Any errors in your address may delay your order and/or cause you extra shipping costs, as we cannot be held responsible for them.
Returns and exchanges.
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to make any changes or returns if you are not satisfied.
Please contact us to provide you with the return address. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. The return must be made by registered mail or private courier to ensure that it reaches us. The cost of return will be borne by the customer.
Once we receive the returned order and check its condition, we will refund you the cost of your order (except for the original shipping costs), using the same payment system with which you made the purchase.
If the reason for the return is due to a defect, do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible: hola@lokatela.com and send us photos of the defect so that we can rectify the order as soon as possible.
